Pull-Ups wanted to engage parents and give them tools for success with their kids beyond just their products. Working with experts in the field of child behavior, the idea for the Big Kid Academy was created - a one stop shop for everything a new parent ever needed to know. The concept centered around the fact that every child is unique in their learning process.
The Big Kid Academy was a complete redesign of Pull-Ups digital presence (site, app, drip email) where parents would create an account and receive tailored articles and advice for where they were in their training journey with their child.
Broadcast, a packaging redesign, and social brought new parents into the academy and into the brand.
6 months following the redesign, enrollment was up by over 400%.
